Experience:

• 2005 started my own property management business and consulting with the encouragement from prior associates and clients.
  
• Became a CPM (Certified Property Manager) in 1994 and member of IREM for 16 years
  
• Served on the Board Council Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) for 3 years
  
•  Employed as the Broker and Property Manager for a group of Investment owners for 8 year in Little Italy area.
  
• Employed by a fee management company as a property manager for a large portfolio of properties in Sorrento Valley
  
• California real estate broker since 1996
